Reading workshop
～Enjoy reading a book！保護者のための絵本講座～
日程：2023年6月26日（月）11:00-12:00（受付開始10:50～）

対象：1歳～5歳児の保護者様
持ち物：中履き（大人用、子ども用それぞれお持ちください）
※こちらのWorkshopは、現在A-JBに通っていない外部生が対象となります。
※保護者向けのイベントです。お子様の同伴を希望される場合はご相談ください。
※ご予約は先着順です。定員になり次第、締め切らせていただきます。
【WORKSHOP概要】
アオバジャパン・バイリンガルプリスクールで導入している世界標準プログラム「国際バカロレア（IB）」。
国際バカロレア認定校に必ず必要なのが「Library」です。子どもたちの好奇心のきっかけや探究活動にも絵本はとても重要です。
そんな絵本がたくさんあるA-JB早稲田キャンパスの司書が、
「読み聞かせに自信がない」「おすすめの本を知りたい」など保護者のお悩みを解決できるような、絵本に関するヒントをお届けするワークショップです♪
１）国際バカロレア（IB）PYPについてご紹介（約10分）
２）早稲田キャンパス司書より、絵本の読み方講座とおすすめの本のご紹介（約30分）
３）質疑応答（約10分）
４）学校内見学（約10分）

横浜インターナショナルスクールの司書として25年間勤務し、その後、AOBAグループで4年間勤務。
読書を楽しむことは、学習を成功させるための基本であると確信し、

Reading workshop for Parents
We will hold a Reading workshop for parents to make reading books more fun with their children at Aoba-Japan Bilingual Preschool Waseda Campus.
Date: Monday, June 26, 2023 11:00-12:00 (Door open at 10:50-)

Participant: Parents of 1-5 year old children
*This Workshop is for outside students who are not currently A-JB students.
*This event is for parents. Please contact us if you wish to join with your child.
*Reservations will be closed when the maximum number of participants is reached.
*Please bring inner shoes for both adults and children.
【WORKSHOP Outline】
We have implemented the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, which is designed to help students develop international values.
The "Library" is a must for IB accredited schools. Books are very important for triggering children's curiosity and for their inquiry.
This workshop is designed to provide parents with tips on books to solve their concerns such as "I am not confident in reading to my child" and "I want to know what books you recommend.
1) Introduction of the International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP(10 min)
2) Lecture on how to read books from the Waseda campus librarian (30 min)
3) Q&A session (10 min)
4) School Tour (10 min)
